Keep your information secure
When writing to the CCG please consider the security of the method you are using to send your communication to us by.
This is especially important where you are choosing to include personal confidential data, such as your address or date of birth, or details about your health.
We strongly encourage enquirers to contact us to ask what information we require before sending any personal confidential data or details about their health – in many cases we will not require this information to be able to assist with enquiries.
